220029 – Butterscotch Blackguard with B Bender

Classic Butterscotch Blackguard with B Bender installed. This iconic butterscotch Partscaster “Blackguard” comes with a standard Tele setup with 2 pickups and 3-position switch. Features include maple neck with maple fingerboard, sealed Fender style tuners and of course, a black pickguard. A very sweet guitar that’s put together to create a great workhorse for both live performance and the recording studio.

The B-Bender mechanism works smoothly and it’s easy to tune when restringing. This is a very clean guitar. Some very minor checks in the finish. The maple neck has a “C neck”… round, but not quite as round as a vintage neck. The fretboard has a slightly flatter radius than the older Teles. It’s a good looking, solid guitar and plays great.

Guitar is heavier than most of my guitars. Approx 8 lbs (3.5 – 4 kg). It’s slightly heavier, but not nearly as heavy as a Les Paul.
